Joe Cosper

-Caribbean Cruise 2017-

Joe Cosper of Tulsa, OK is a 100% disabled Army Paratrooper Veteran with the 82nd Airborne.  He has been deployed to Afghanistan and other hot spots during his Army Career.  Joe suffered several injuries while in the Army, but was most severely injured in a training jump in April 2008 at Ft. Bragg, NC. His team jumped under windy conditions and Joe and eleven other soldiers were injured on the jump.  Joe went to numerous doctors to diagnose his physical problem and finally found out that the labrum that surrounds the ball joint of both of his hips was shredded.  He had surgery in 2012 but that has since been reinjured.  He was medically retired in February 2015.  Joe also suffers from PTSD and Lindsey is his caregiver.

Joe his wife Lindsey and their 5 year old son, Jaydon were awarded a Western Caribbean Cruise in June 2017 by Vacations for Warriors. On their Caribbean Cruise Vacation they visited Jamaica, the Cayman Islands and Cozumel over a sevem day period.  They had a wonderful time and have many excotomg memories from their cruise.  Vacations for Warriors is pleased that we could provide a relaxing time for this Veteran family to refresh and have some fun!
